We are incredibly proud to announce the successful fulfillment of a custom merchandise order for Tesla, creating a range of apparel and accessories for their team. This project wasn’t just about manufacturing—it was about translating Tesla’s core ethos of innovation, minimalism, and sustainability into a tangible, wearable form.
The Brief: Brand Cohesion at Scale
Tesla’s vision required a partner that could deliver impeccable quality, consistent branding, and a seamless process. The challenge was to produce a suite of items that felt inherently Tesla—sleek, high-quality, and purposeful.
The order comprised:
1,000 units of the Tesla T-Shirt
420 units of the Tesla Custom Umbrella (in long and short styles)
100 units of the Tesla Branded Tote Bag

Crafting the Tesla Identity: A Unified Collection
Our collaboration with Tesla was a masterclass in translating a globally recognized brand into a cohesive collection where every piece tells a part of the same story. We approached the entire project with a singular vision: to create a range of products that felt inherently and unmistakably Tesla, from the core uniform to the supporting accessories.
The foundation of this collection is the Tesla T-Shirt, with one thousand units produced to serve as a core piece of the brand’s identity. We focused on crafting a premium base layer by utilizing combed organic cotton for a soft hand-feel and superior durability, a choice that directly aligns with Tesla’s commitment to sustainability. The Tesla logo was applied with high-precision printing techniques to ensure a crisp, clean, and minimalist finish that withstands repeated washing, resulting in a garment that is both subtle and sophisticated.
Extending this identity into functional accessories, we engineered the Tesla Custom Umbrella for the moments when form must meet function. Producing four hundred and twenty units, we designed these umbrellas to be sleek and robust, mirroring the design principles of Tesla’s own products. The automatic open-close mechanism offers a satisfying, high-tech user experience, while the prominently yet elegantly placed Tesla logo ensures consistent brand reinforcement, rain or shine.
Completing the suite is the Tesla Branded Tote Bag, a symbol of sustainable utility. These one hundred bags were designed for the eco-conscious Tesla community, crafted from heavy-duty, recycled materials to be built to last and reduce reliance on single-use plastics. The tote is both spacious and practical, featuring clean lines and discreet, stylish branding, making it a versatile accessory for daily use that seamlessly integrates the Tesla ethos into everyday life.

We became a seamless extension of the Tesla team, handling the entire process from material sourcing and design consultation to precise customization and scalable production.
